The laws of the state Wyoming of the United States of America shall apply exclusively to all rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which New Food Corporation is a party, even if an obligation, offer, order or agreement is performed wholly or partly outside the state Wyoming (USA) or if a party is resident there. The application of the Vienna Sales Convention is excluded.

The court in the place where New Food Corporation has its registered office, which is Cheyenne, Wyoming (USA), shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any disputes, which may arise between parties from these general conditions or from further agreements.
